Bazaar is a Moroccan/Arabian themed bar which looks out on the Spanish Parade in the heart of the Tourist centre of Galway City. The seating and decor is designed for comfort with small areas designed for groups scattered around. Bazaar is quite popular at the weekends and they usually have a good line up of music with DJ's and covers bands. It also attracts a crowd for live matches with its large screen. However due to its weather exposed postion in Quay lane it can be pretty quiet here during the weekday Winter nights although they are pretty innovative at holding events to draw the punters in, such as quizzes & theme nights. Every cloud has a silver lining and although it may be windy and cold outside at Bazaar during the Winter during the Summer you will do well to squeeze into their seated area outside which looks onto the scenic Spanish Arch area. Many Galwegian's and tourists seem to head towards Bazaar at the first sign of sunshine and to be fair it is one of the best outside pub drinking spaces in the City. Bazaar was built by and is owned by the Central Park Nightclub group so free passes and promos to their Clubs are always on hand.
