Central Park (CP)  is undoubtedly one of Galway's busiest entertainment venues. Open for nearly 20 years it has managed to stay fresh year after year and has been refitted many times. The crowd is mostly in their early twenties  and well dressed especially weekends. Central Park is large with 2 dancefloors,7 bars and accomodating over 1000 people. The music is strictly commercial with current chart hits and some oldies thrown in. It gets especially busy at the weekends when there are crowds from 11pm onwards.

If you are young and on the pull, then a visit to CP might be worth your while.
