Salt Bar and Restaurant is a sophisticated venue located in Salthill Village. The emphasis is slightly more on the food and cocktail side of the pub business. The interior is modern and stylish after having undergone an extensive redecoration from its previous incarnation as Inishmore Pub.

The food menu is varied with a French influence but some pub food staples on the daytime menu. The evening menu is more inline with a mid range Restaurant menu with prices around the €20 -€25 per main course.

Live music can be heard Thursday to Sunday night with a Jazz session on Sunday afternoons.
